About Us
We are a national youth-led movement building the constitutional right to a livable climate through the Federal Climate Amendment.
Our Mission
Organizing on high school and college campuses from coast to coast to build constitutional climate rights in each community, from the ground up.
Educating young people about the potential of constitutional climate amendments to catalyze litigation towards concrete decarbonization policy at the state and federal levels.
Researching in the Climate Constitutionalism Lab, an internal FCAI legal think tank envisioning a new constitutional paradigm of American climate governance.
